You will tackle challenging customer issues, champion customer success, and contribute to shaping the Cloud landscape Role: Technical Support Engineer Here's what you'll be doing: Become a platform expert: Deepen your understanding of our core functionalities, allowing you to confidently diagnose and resolve customer issues. Master the art of troubleshooting: Utilize various diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems and guide customers towards effective solutions. Embrace ownership: Take initiative and diligently manage your assigned cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
