Lots of growth and tech challenges Software Team Lead - Fullstack - Node.js, React.js, AWS, AI Tools We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead to guide and drive a dynamic development team in building scalable, high-performance web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fullstack development with expertise in Node.js , React.js , AWS cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and microservices architecture. Develop and optimize interactive user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript . Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS . Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in fullstack development (Node.js and React.js). Team leadership experience Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, ECS). Knowledge of AI tools, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI, or similar). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
