Our client, a technology product-based company, are looking to bring in a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to create a stronger presence in and lead from the front. Partnering closely with the reporting manager, you will be a strong influence up and down the chain of command across all areas of DevSecOps, as the primary engineer in the team. Perks: Greenfield projects within a well reputable company in the Health Technology market Flexible hybrid environment Cutting-edge technology, with a focus on growing and improving through strategy Close-knit culture, with a focus on growing the team and contributing to success together Key Responsibilities: Lead & nurture all needs across AWS, DevOps and Security practices Mentoring and Leadership across the Development team Driving ambition and collaboration through a "future" mindset in Cloud and Security Establish and refine transformational "ways of working" within the technology team Engagement with key stakeholders to ensure solutions meets business priorities and outcomes Working with business areas on strategic imperatives to ensure they are defined and set up for success About You: Extensive years of experience in a DevSecOps role/s within a Cloud environment (AWS) Proven experience in taking initiative and leadership across all areas of Security, including Cloud, frameworks, config and alerting etc. MUST be a great communicator, with proven stakeholder management experience AWS Cloud, at a high-level, is required from Infrastructure to Security Able to lead and guide Development teams, with an understanding and background in .NET and Angular languages Background in Government Defence networks is a massive bonus A hunger for knowledge, attending conferences etc. is a massive plus What's Next?
