We're looking for skilled Performance and Reliability Engineers with expertise in Linux OS to build cutting-edge testing frameworks and drive excellence in transaction systems. What You’ll Do: Design and implement performance workload models to test card transaction switch components. Build robust performance test frameworks using Python, Shell, and other tools. Create and manage test stubs from scratch or leverage open-source tools like Wiremock. Generate synthetic test data dynamically, ensuring it mirrors production quality while avoiding reliance on masked production data. Foster a culture of innovation in performance engineering , solving complex challenges with a proactive mindset. (Bonus) Conduct reliability and chaos testing to uncover non-functional system behaviors. What We’re Looking For: Experience in performance engineering, ideally within card transaction systems (issuing, acquiring, and switch components is a big plus). Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and open-source tools for testing and automation. Strong understanding of data distribution and normalization techniques for test data synthesis. A mindset geared towards reliability, efficiency, and solving complex problems.
