Looking for a Site Engineer and/or Supervisor who is ready to run their own site/project. A specialist builder is looking to take on a Site Supervisor. This role is focused on Quality, Systems and Reporting. Projects might include new build, Fit Out or Refurb across commercial, industrial and/or Residential. The post holder may find themselves supervising one or two smaller projects, spending time between each. THEM: This employer offers design, planning and delivery. Well regarded in their specialist areas with work flooding through the door. Proven management and systems to drive quality work. Whilst this is an autonomous role, they do offer support. YOU: You may be a Site Engineer seeking to move your career into Site Management If not Engineer qualified, you’ll have supervisory experience and be systems orientated for example a Project Coordinator with site experience. You’re seeking a role with responsibility and autonomy (albeit well supported) Possess the ability to set up and manage subcontractors, and track/report on work progress. This is an opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual who is ready to take the reigns and supervise their own projects. These projects are extremely well planned in advance, they just need you to execute those plans and run the site.
