What You’ll Do: Technical Cloud Support: Assist with installing and integrating the switch in the cloud. Write shell scripts to seamlessly connect components. Work with tools like Terraform, Docker, Azure CLI, and AWS. Administrative Support with a Technical Edge: Raise and manage requests using ServiceNow. Help with technical documentation, such as PRR and ORR processes. Coordinate with various technical teams to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and tools like Terraform and Docker. Familiarity with shell scripting and command-line interfaces (Azure CLI preferred). An interest in blending technical expertise with administrative coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills to handle service requests and paperwork efficiently.
