We are looking for a talented Senior Systems engineer to join our team and help us deliver top-notch infrastructure for both internal and client-facing applications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee, maintain, and support the infrastructure environment within your assigned technology domain. Install, configure, and support the hardware and software essential for our operations. Collaborate with operations to ensure systems are up to date with the latest patches and antivirus updates. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues. Conduct regular performance monitoring, health checks, and capacity planning to optimize system performance. Identify and eliminate defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and reducing defect rates. Take ownership of assigned tasks, keep stakeholders informed, and manage scope and schedule changes effectively. Document issues and solutions, proactively share knowledge with the team to enhance productivity. Follow and understand change management procedures to ensure smooth transitions. Engage with team members, leadership, clients, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 4-7 years of relevant work experience preferred. At least 2-3 years at the Specialist level required. Extensive experience using Azure or windows server. Strong judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results, debugging, and installation issue resolution. Working Arrangements Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs Up to 10% travel.
