Work options: Hybrid As an ETL Developer, you will play a critical role in migrating large-scale datasets. You’ll be responsible for ETL development, data transformation, migration planning, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration between legacy and new platforms. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end data migration activities using ETL tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Participate in workshops to understand data structures, source/destination applications, and migration challenges. Conduct data lineage analysis, A-C mapping, data profiling, and query optimization. Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to analyse client requirements and system compatibility. Implement best-practice backup, restoration, crash recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Develop and optimize ETL processes, data pipelines, and performance tuning strategies. Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques. Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and security best practices. What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in ETL Development, Data Migration, Business Analysis, and Technical Analysis. Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage). Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization. Experience in systems integration and migration , particularly in financial services. Knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and database optimization techniques . Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements . Exposure to Agile & Waterfall project delivery methodologies . Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills . Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment .
