Role overview: As a CX Service Provider Network Engineer, you'll act as a trusted advisor, driving customer adoption of Cisco solutions. You'll lead technical projects, solve complex problems, and build strong customer relationships within Cisco's rapidly growing Customer Experience (CX) organisation. What you will be doing: Lead delivery projects from requirements capture to production deployment. Design, Deploy, and Operate modern Service Provider networks. Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and Cisco account teams to drive transformation and adoption. Develop high- and low-level designs tailored to customer needs. Influence customer decision-making to align with sound tactical and strategic goals. Implement and integrate tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies. Support pre-sales activities by translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Essential Requirements: 5 years of experience with Service Provider R&S protocols and technologies. Proven success in implementing and delivering Service Provider networking solutions. Expertise in Cisco routers, switches, IOS, IOS-XR, ASR9K, and NCS platforms. Strong understanding of Segment Routing, IPv6, and MPLS. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to create technical documentation and present to senior leadership.
