If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to mentor a team of professionals in supporting new product introductions, process development, and production transfers while driving operational excellence in the manufacturing of cutting-edge medical devices. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll: Lead the successful introduction of new products and transfers from development to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for seamless integration of new products into manufacturing. Develop and implement efficient and compliant manufacturing processes. Drive operational improvements by implementing new technologies, reducing waste, and optimizing processes. Provide leadership and mentorship to other professionals, ensuring alignment with company values, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality objectives. Conduct reviews of design control deliverables, design changes, and risk evaluations to ensure top-quality outcomes. Foster innovation by building networks with internal and external partners. Support team development by identifying training needs and fostering skill growth. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Strong engineering experience in medical device production processes. Proven success in new product introduction and transfer projects. Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship experience. Expertise in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Professional qualifications in engineering or science. Knowledge of risk management, design controls, and product development processes.
