Description Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing torquing and crimping processes with the site's process experts Create and validate work and repair instructions Train and coach torquing and crimping operators Conduct workstation audits and follow up on action items Participate in design reviews and process validation cycles Profile Teritary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Knowledge of torquing and crimping processes Familiarity with torquing and crimping tools Ability to interpret international standards and work with complex drawings Basic IT skills (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Strong teaching and training skills (experience providing group training.
