ConsultANZ is seeking an experience Crushing Supervisor/Engineer to join a client in Parramatta and lead interesting and huge earthwork projects ConsultANZ is seeking a Crushing Supervisor/Engineer to join our client’s team in Parramatta, NSW. The client specializes in construction logistics, optimizing material management, and providing consultancy services for major infrastructure projects in the region. Main Duties Your responsibilities will include such as, but not limited to: Managing and overseeing site operations to ensure alignment with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project deadlines. Monitoring and controlling the delivery, usage, and placement of materials on-site. Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements. Preparing site reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and updating progress records. Addressing technical challenges and implementing effective solutions during construction. Managing large-scale material importation (up to 1 million tonnes) and ensuring correct placement in specified layers. Enforcing health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site. Communicating project updates to clients and stakeholders. Supporting planning, scheduling, and coordination activities with the project team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in earthwork or similar construction projects. A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively. Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
