The role The team in Canberra is not too big or too small, so this is a rare opportunity to work across a variety of projects as opposed to getting pigeonholed into working on the same type of project day in day out. They have great clients who's projects are as diverse as they are challenging. Due to growth they are seeking a junior to intermediate level Structural Engineer to work alongside highly respected senior engineers. Key responsibilities Prepare structural designs for medium and high-rise buildings Undertaking components of design such as steel, precast concrete, post tensioned concrete, masonry and timber Plan design packaging and design interfaces Produce designs and design documentation Manage the verification of the design in accordance with the quality system Work alongside highly experiences senior engineers The requirements This rewarding and progressive opportunity is on offer to you by demonstrating: A passion for structural engineering Experienced (3 years) working in a local consultancy Experience using Software packages Inducta, Spacegass and Rapt Experience in structural design components You will have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn and be of the mindset of wanting to be challenged and to fast-track your career.
