We work strategically with a Land Development Consulting firm, very established in the Melbourne market and located in inner Melbourne - one the fastest growing (and best) cities in the world They provide a comprehensive consulting service offering to the Land Development market - none more than their Civil Engineer capability We are assisting them to secure a proven and experienced Civil Engineer with a Design background in the Residential and Industrial Land Estate sectors. There will be a clear pathway to team leadership within the next couple of years To be considered you will have a background in concept and detailed design of Urban Development projects - water and sewer design, road and drainage design, earthworks modeling, wetland design, and WSUD. You will provide design advice to clients, liaise with service authorities, prepare reports, and contribute to detailed design plans - be it working closely with drafters or documenting yourself too. You will work closely with project managers and have a direct line of sight with the management team. You will possess working experience using 12D and AutoCAD and have experience using water modeling software. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy a collaborative and fun working culture. Leadership skills will be a must. You will hold a BEng or similar and have worked in a similar role, locally. Perhaps you are at a mid-level and ready to step up?
