The enterprise ITSM platform combines ITIL process support & Saas delivery to provide a flexible, intuitive and self-managing application in the cloud. You will tackle challenging database management performance issues, champion customer success, and play a key role in shaping the future of Cloud What you will be doing: Provide support to users/administrators of our platform in the Korean language You will be relied upon for your knowledge, ability and experience in technical support, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations. Be responsible for case tracking & prioritisation, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting & resolution of the most complicated, critical cases. Provide excellence in customer service to our Korean customers to ultimately drive to completions and total resolution of each customer support issue. Quickly gain an understanding of our ITSM platform. Skills you'll need to be successful in this role: Must be fluent in both Korean and English Hands-on experience working in a customer facing application support or technical support role (e.g Web based products/E-commerce) Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) , including effectively querying tables, indexing, managing data/data manipulation with the ability to tune SQL queries Experience administering Linux/Unix OR MS Server Pref has experience in troubleshooting JavaScript Code or other scripting languages Proficient using terminal to analyze large log files , search for patterns, identify issues, manipulate output Creative problem solving & demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues Familiarity with incident or service management platforms (e.g ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Helix) What awaits you: Look forward to an exciting & innovative Tech culture, state of the art facilities, very supportive environment, strong growth trajectory, flexible WFH/Hybrid setup & the opportunity for perm conversion.
