The Role Gordon’s is looking for a passionate Graduate/Junior Engineer to join their office located in Acacia Ridge QLD. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as part of a team with career advancement possibilities. The Successful Applicant will have: Tertiary qualification (minimum B.Eng.) in mechanical, process or chemical engineering The ability to create, read and interpret drawings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously Keenness to learn and develop through contact with many different areas such as external fabricators and consultants, tradespeople and other professionals Possess a current valid driver’s licence Working alongside experienced Engineers your responsibilities will include the following: Detailed design and layout work Assist with project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation and preparation of recommendation reports and presentations.
