Job description About the Role Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a major NPI sustaining capital project for a Tier 1 mining company. In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team throughout all key project phases ,from PFS and DFS through to execution. Key Criteria Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) Min 12 years' experience leading multi- discipline engineering teams. Experience with mine site NPI, buildings, workshops, Bulk earthworks and civils, utilities. Experience working on Iron Ore major capital projects. Experience working EPCM projects PFS through to execution Proven success in owning engineering deliverables to meet tight project schedules Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client collaboration What's on Offer?
