We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team for a short-term assignment, assisting with various projects over a 3 to 4 month period. The role is part time for 20 hours a week over 3 days. It is located in Ipswich with some meetings held in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing the civil contractor on-site - Organise and follow up with consultants regarding Requests for Information (RFIs) - Conduct site visits to coordinate activities with Operations, civil contractors, design consultants, and testing contractors - Work under the supervision of the Civil Engineer to deliver quality project outcomes - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in civil construction and design - Relevant site-based experience; landfill experience is a plus - Must reside in the South East Queensland (SEQ) area - Own transport required for commuting to the Ipswich site - Availability to start in December, with a break during Christmas.
