Your Role As an Integration Engineer , you’ll work closely with the Design, Quality, and Production teams, helping to streamline the transition of product prototypes to production. From documentation to automation, you’ll be a key player in ensuring efficiency and precision in our production processes. What You’ll Do • Documentation Development: Create and maintain assembly and production QC documentation in collaboration with the Design and Production teams. • Task Automation: Identify inefficiencies and automate production processes using Python. • Quality Assurance: Develop IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) requirements alongside the Quality Team. • Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to address part quality issues and establish robust QC processes. • Training and Support: Train production staff and contract manufacturers on proper assembly and testing procedures. • Design Improvements: Communicate required design changes to the Design Team to enhance production efficiency. • Test Jigs Development: Design and build test jigs to improve assembly and testing workflows. What You’ll Bring Qualifications and Experience: •Experience in electronics assembly and testing, particularly in low-volume, high-complexity equipment. •Knowledge of RF equipment and testing (preferred). •A degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant certification. Skills and Attributes: • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SolidWorks, SolidWorks Composer, and Python for process automation. • Strong Communication: Excellent written and visual communication skills, with experience creating instructional documentation. • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for precise processes. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges. • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Process-Oriented Mindset: A commitment to doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.
