Senior Civil Engineer – Lead and Mentor We’re recruiting for a highly regarded engineering firm looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to lead their Victorian Civil Projects team. About the Role: Mentor a team of civil engineers and collaborate with various divisions for knowledge sharing. Design civil engineering solutions for commercial, residential, and public infrastructure projects. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and authorities. Lead technically accurate, cost-effective designs in line with Australian standards. Support business development and foster new client relationships. What You’ll Need: 5 years of civil engineering experience with a relevant degree. Expertise in designing roads, stormwater, drainage, and pavements for building developments. Strong skills in Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, DRAINS, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Australian standards, VicRoads, and stormwater design. Registered Building Practitioner (VIC) or NER (desired).
