Job Advertisement: Electrical Engineer – Water Infrastructure (Site Engineer Level) Location: Parramatta, NSW Contract Type: 3-Month Temporary Role (Daily Rate Contract) Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in water infrastructure? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team on an exciting network upgrade project. This temporary role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical upgrades across pump stations, pipelines, and treatment plants. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support electrical engineering aspects of the project, including installations and upgrades at pump stations, pipelines, and water treatment plants. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Sydney Water standards and project specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget. Identify and resolve site-based challenges to maintain project efficiency. Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and progress updates. Requirements Essential: Proven experience working on water infrastructure projects, ideally with Sydney Water or similar utilities. A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Strong knowledge of water treatment plant operations and associated electrical systems. Familiarity with site-based engineering practices and standards.
