The position of Associate Geotechnical Engineer dictates business development, resource management, technical ability and mentorship of juniors. Being involved in management, you will be responsible for geotechnical advice for project delivery as well as the coordination of Junior Engineers, Contractors and Clients. DUTIES. Produce geotechnical designs, assessments and analysis Provide insight and advice throughout a project’s lifecycle Coordinate site visits, investigations and geotechnical testing Prepare tenders and proposals and be involved in business development Train, mentor and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers Develop and manage forecast and budgets Assist in recruitment needs Contribute in the organizations development within business strategies and objectives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Relevant Degree qualification within Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Prior management experience Proven local experience with project planning and delivery Valid Australian Driving License Strong Business Acumen Full Australian driver's license required Understanding of Quality and OH&S systems CULTURE.
