The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will make a huge impact on the Technology environment. This is a Greenfield role, responsible for all things DevSecOps and ensuring all deployments are extremely secure What will you be doing? Owning DevSecOps across the business, working closely with the Cyber Security Manager and other Technology Leaders Bring the DevSecOps lifecycle to the business, bringing team members together as required Build policies, procedures and processes for DevSecOps, leveraging prior experience and market knowledge Coach and guide the various Engineering teams on best practices and principles for secure code deployment Work closely with the Engineers to understand the code What will you need to be successful? Strong experience in threat modelling Experience integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline (SAST, DAST, IAST) Experience with vulnerability remediation and code reviews Experience in containerisation technologies eg Docker and Kubernetes Have experience building a DevSecOps capability from scratch prior Strong communicator, able to coach and guide Engineers and other teams Be up to date with modern Cyber Security and DevSecOps tools/tech/best practice Be hands on, get involved and show initiative - walk the talk Experience with API's, scripting, coding, Azure environment (preferable) Experience with a wide range of DevSecOps technologies - it will be up to this person to decide what is used Key Benefits Guaranteed salary increases Working in a organisation that truly values company culture and work-life balance Additional leave and RDO's 30 days leave per year Extensive technology transformation with a great leadership team This role requires candidates to be in Melbourne, with a hybrid working environment.
