About the Role: The Senior Systems Engineer t is a key member of the Solutions team, responsible for implementing a diverse range of technologies, including Microsoft, VMware, and Azure. Experience Required: 3 years in project delivery or professional services, preferably within an MSP environment. Proven experience deploying architecture based on Solutions Architect designs. Hands-on expertise in: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware/HyperV, and Exchange (On-Prem/Online). Infrastructure (Cloud/On-Prem), Dell products, Veeam Backup, and Mimecast. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and frameworks. Current certifications aligned with technical skillset. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen. Role Accountabilities: Project Delivery : Partner with project practitioners to ensure successful outcomes. Manage project scope, risks, and timelines. Facilitate client workshops, project kick-offs, and technical training. Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Quality Assurance : Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet high standards. Identify and mitigate risks early. Achieve positive feedback during project closure.
