Senior Remedial Engineer – Team Lead – Sydney About: I have an exceptional opportunity for a national multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the Sydney CBD. Anything from investigations and assessments through to management of remediation works. Role: - Remedial Engineer Team Leader Requirements: Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing structures. Investigations cover a wide range of issues including waterproofing, concrete spalling, structural cracking and other load-bearing structures that require remediation. Deliver high-quality tender documentation, tender selection qualification, and project manage rectification works. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors (e.g. strata managers, owners’ corporations, and building managers). Prepare high-quality written reports.
