Our client is seeking an IT Senior Support Engineer to be responsible for the delivery of globally accessible and distributed infrastructure services. As part of the IT Team, the role contributes to the successful support and maintenance of IT services globally, in conjunction with external vendors and service providers. Description Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to team members Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure Implement and monitor IT security measures Participate in IT projects and initiatives Work closely with other departments to improve IT services Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies Document IT processes and procedures Provide IT training and guidance to team members Profile A successful IT Senior Support Engineer should have: 5 years' experience in IT with 3 years in an engineering role. Proven experience with maintaining high levels of system availability, performance and maintenance. Project delivery experience would be advantageous.
