Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in networking and security. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting secure solutions across various services. The position is full-time and based in the head office, with a mix of remote and onsite work. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement networking and security solutions. Maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet SLA targets. Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support. Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Cisco/Meraki, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, NSE4-NSE7, PCNSA, PCNSE, F5-CTS, F5-CSE). Strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience in high availability environments.
