One of our leading clients in the HVAC Industry are seeking Senior Engineer role. (This candidate needs to have several years exp with project values 800k) Key experience is Schendier EBO and proven project delivery and document management for moderate to senior roles. Remuneration range $100-$130k Incl Veh (allowance or actual) plus Super. Negotiable on exp and skill Position Objective: The purpose of this role is to run and own multiple BMS projects from start to finish with support, ongoing training and development from experienced project and engineering services teams. Key Responsibilities: Strong working relationship with the Project Operations Manager and Project Engineers, Engineering Services, Administration and Installation departments Engineering, design, development, programming, onsite commissioning and witness testing of BMS project. Generating and implementing BMS design to specification including Description of Operations, control drawings and graphics Integration of BMS Controls using Lonworks, BACnet or Modbus Support in the effective delivery of building rating systems (GreenStar and NABERS) Maintain a safe and proper work environment on all project sites Assist in other duties as needed and directed Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in BAS / BMS and HVAC Experience with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Honeywell Webs, and Schneider EBO Proven experience with engineering software tools (BACnet and LON) Microsoft 365 suit Disconnect/reconnect license (preferred) Current Construction White Card Valid driver's license Right to live and work in Australia.
