Requirements: 10 years of experience as an Automation Control System Engineer. At least 5 years of team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Proficiency in PLC and SCADA programming (Allen Bradley, RSLogix, Factory Talk View, or Ignition SCADA). Solid understanding of VSD/Servo Drives (Allen Bradley PowerFlex and SEW). Experience in the chilling, freezing, or automation environmental industry.
