Our expertise: Cloud and infrastructure Cyber security Software and data integration ServiceNow For this opportunity, we're looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with strong kubernetes skills to work with one of our customers on their transformation project. The position As an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with a strong knowledge across kubernetes solutions, you will contribute to the development of automation capabilities aligned with the organisation's strategy. Part of your responsibilities will be: Contribute to the development of cloud services, infrastructure policies and design patterns (IaaS and PaaS) Develop automation artefacts and implement solutions aligned with services architecture Manage and administer Azure Cloud platform and services Work closely with other engineers, DevOps teams and architects on technology implementation Identify opportunities to accelerate cloud adoption, reduce effort through automation, and improve security, stability, and consistency Work closely with Cloud vendors and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders Influence decision making through education and negotiation to realise objectives in line with roadmaps, standards and strategies Requirements 5 years experience working as a Cloud Platform Engineer in medium to large enterprise and multi-vendor environments Proven experience in Azure Cloud Services development, build and implementation Strong knowledge across Kubernetes Strong automation skills (PowerShell or Python) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervision Microsoft Azure Certification highly regarded
