Diagnosing and identifying root causes of inefficiencies and failures Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive process improvements Conducting data analysis to structure failure rates and integrate findings into SAP Implementing value stream mapping, Prevent, and TBM strategies Leading and influencing teams to adopt a culture of continuous improvement What do you need?
