We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Test Engineer to join our Production Engineering team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Production Engineering and Contract Manufacturing Manager. About the Role Develop, implement, and maintain test systems and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and production engineering activities. Design and implement test jigs and fixtures to support production and new product development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Generate and maintain test documentation and reports. Provide training on new test equipment, processes, and procedures. Evaluate existing manufacturing techniques and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Generate DFM/DFA documentation for new product designs or processes. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline. 5 years of practical industry experience in NPI/ Manufacturing/ electronic testing environment. Experience in the PCB electronics or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards. Experience with process validation and verification. Experience in NPI Process development and handover. Experience in writing equipment specifications. Proven experience in test engineering or a related role. Strong knowledge of test systems, procedures, and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to update / modify test software.
