Our client, a leading multinational air conditioning manufacturer requires a Production Support Engineer at their Chipping Norton manufacturing facility for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Machine programming, fault finding, problem root cause analysis, maintenance support Introduction of new models to mass production Process improvement projects (Kaizen) Manage production related capital projects Support improvement in the maintenance performance of the production area. Produce and maintain production process Essential Criteria Project management Reading and understand engineering drawings and specifications Mechanical installation and testing processes Continuous improvement techniques – Lean, Six Sigma, TPS Good verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills Attention to detail Unrestricted working rights in Australia Qualifications and Experience Engineering Diploma/Degree – Mechanical or Electrical Experience in a similar role highly regarded Location: Chipping Norton NSW 2170 Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM, and Friday, 7:30AM - 2:00PM (38-hour work week).
