As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will assist CIO in maintaining the AFP's unified communications environment, including all critical systems. The position requires a combination of technical knowledge and relationship skills as it will be your responsibility to efficiently support day-to-day voice and video communications. As a Team Member in the AFP, you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with regulatory frameworks, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments. It is expected that the successful applicant will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below. What will you do? As a Unified Communications Engineer you will be responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining the AFP's unified communications environment for operational and corporate users. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meets their needs. Considered planning, service improvement, incident response and ongoing BAU support will form part of this role, supporting a wide variety of customers who are seeking first line support and technical assistance.
