You will tackle challenging customer issues, champion customer success, and contribute to shaping the Cloud landscape Role: Technical Support Engineer Here's what you'll be doing: Become a platform expert: Deepen your understanding of our core functionalities, allowing you to confidently diagnose and resolve customer issues. Master the art of troubleshooting: Utilize various diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems and guide customers towards effective solutions. Embrace ownership: Take initiative and diligently manage your assigned cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Collaborate for success: Work seamlessly with other teams when complex issues require broader expertise. Your collaborative nature and willingness to learn will be instrumental. Think creatively: Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, finding innovative solutions to keep customers productive. Advocate for improvement: Leverage your unique customer-facing perspective to provide valuable insights for process and product enhancements. Technical skills: Strong Customer facing Technical Support, Application Support or Software support experience Must have hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL or Postgres / Oracle, MS SQL is optional also) Ability to read & understand JavaScript code (for troubleshooting purposes) Knowledgeable with administering: Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server Good understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease & complexity Able to explain solutions to complex technical problems Some understanding of remote administration (SSH, SNMP, WMI, Powershell is a nice to have) What awaits you: Look forward to an exciting & innovative Tech culture, state of the art facilities, very supportive environment, strong growth projectory, flexible WFH/Hybrid setup & the opportunity for perm conversion.
