Join a Leading Manufacturing Group With offices across Australia and Europe, this leading manufacturing group is expanding it's IT team and looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support it's growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to start immediately on a 12-month contract, working in a collaborative and relaxed work environment. About the Role As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for technical infrastructure support, end-user support, and the maintenance and administration of ICT systems. You’ll work with 500 end users, manage systems infrastructure and application support, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Windows, Office 365, iOS, Android, Microsoft SharePoint, and HP & Lenovo hardware (Blade Servers and Laptops). Maintain and support internal CRM platforms. Oversee system infrastructure and application support to ensure system stability and efficiency. Engage in data support, including migration, cleaning, and warehouse management. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and enhance system performance. Work closely with stakeholders, providing effective communication and support. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring IT issues. Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected technical challenges with flexibility and time management. What We’re Looking For: Strong technical and deliverable management skills with hands-on IT support experience. Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, iOS, Android, Microsoft SharePoint, and HP & Lenovo hardware (Blade Servers and Laptops). Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with CRM systems and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
