The Role We are seeking a UI Lead Developer with advanced React.js expertise to lead front-end development efforts for an enterprise project. In this role, you will set the technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and create reusable component libraries that deliver scalable and efficient user interfaces. Design and implement reusable UI components with modern React.js tooling. Oversee and contribute to API integration functionality in collaboration with back-end teams. Implement testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) to ensure front-end quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, to deliver seamless solutions. Implement and enhance front-end CI/CD processes, improving development efficiency and deployment reliability. Document configurations and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities . Key Skills & Expertise To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding front-end development teams. Advanced expertise in React.js (including ReactRouter , Redux, or Context API). Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices. Experience integrating APIs and working with Node.js or similar technologies. Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
