12 12 12 month contract - Flexible work arrangement ACT, NSW, QLD or VIC - Baseline clearance Manage RESTful APIs, optimise application performance and ensure code quality Our client, a Federal Government department based in ACT, NSW, QLD or VIC requires multiple experienced DevOps engineers for 12 12 12 month contracts. Duties Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for monitoring application performance and user metrics. Identify issues and/or errors and support the resolution of any technical problems that arise during iterations. Define a plan to optimise application performance. Support designing, building, testing, and maintaining the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process. Support DevOps initiatives such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, code deployment and system automation. Selection criteria 3 years' experience in a similar role involving development of full stack applications on NodeJs using frameworks such as React/Vue/Next.js. Develop and maintain applications and scripts that reduces development chores. Implement APIs to support various application functionalities and integrate with ALM tooling such as Gitlab, Jira, Teams. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for monitoring application performance and user metrics. Experience with GitLab build/deployment pipelines creation, maintenance and monitoring.
