Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum of 10 years of experience. Extensive experience with Advanced Power Systems Applications / ADMS – GE e-terra ADMS. Technical Skills: At least 5 years of experience in electric distribution automation processes and systems. Proven experience with at least one full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power) with hands-on functional testing and deployment of GE e-terra ADMS. In-depth knowledge of smart distribution and transmission control systems. Strong understanding of grid operational suites (ADMS, EMS, SCADA). Practical experience with OMS and related functionalities, such as Trouble Management, Crew Management, Outage Indices, and storm-related testing and validation. Proficiency in developing business processes and system use cases. Business Skills: Excellent soft skills and leadership abilities to lead assessment workshops. Ability to work with customer and help in transition and also responsible for account growth. Experience in utilities in Australia. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Desire to work in a global delivery environment.
