ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Design & Estimating Engineer to join a fast-growing civil engineering contractor in Brisbane. Our client is seeking a candidate to join their dynamic team and contribute expertise in piling, ground improvements, and geotechnical engineering. Responsibilities: They are looking for a knowledgeable Piling Design & Estimating Engineer with a minimum 4 years of experience in piling design and ground improvements. Develop and execute piling design strategies for various infrastructure projects. Perform comprehensive analyses for ground improvements and geotechnical solutions. Utilize software tools (Wallap, Plaxis, Rhino, etc.) effectively in the design process. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in piling design and ground improvements. Strong background in Geotechnical Engineering. Proficiency in design software such as Wallap, Plaxis, and Rhino. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team. Benefits: $120 - 140k super, negotiable dependent on experience.
