The client is open to people who are currently in a Senior Software Engineering or Technical Lead position who is looking to grow and step-up into a leadership position. Company Overview : Location : Macquarie Park Company Size : 1000 employees Team : Currently, you will manage 7 engineers, with plans for the future structure to include 2 technical leads reporting to you and a total of 15 engineers. Working Arrangement : Hybrid - 3 days in office. Role Purpose : Leadership & Technical Guidance : Lead a team in a matrix structure, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals while driving the development of scalable, high-quality solutions. & Growth : Foster team growth, uphold best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs. Technical requirements: 7 Year experience in software development/engineering across software and web development - Java JavaScript/TypeScript. Demonstrated leadership experience 1 - 2 years of experience. Proven experience with DevOps & AWS. Strong experience with Integration - Microservices/RESTful.
