Preferred Requirements: Proficient in the use of design software such as 12D, AutoCAD, and HecRas, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of water, sewer, bulk earthworks, roads, and drainage projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to produce high-quality reports and technical documentation. A passion for contributing to the growth and development of the local community through your engineering expertise. Preferred Qualifications: Degree-qualified Civil Engineer or proven designer with relevant local experience. Extensive knowledge of the Australian civil engineering landscape and a deep understanding of the local market. A track record of delivering successful land development projects, with a focus on residential subdivisions.
