The Role You will proactively support the internal userbase with IT issues and manage various Microsoft 365 technologies. More specific duties are highlighted below: Support and maintain the M365 suite of products Optimise end user computing services Create and continuously contribute to knowledge base articles Administer networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls) Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks. Your Profile You will be a team player with excellent communication skills that takes pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering fantastic customer service. Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge in the following: Microsoft 365 (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) MS Azure Business systems Networking devices Computer hardware, printers and peripherals.
