Experienced Designer – 3–10 years' experience, with a strong background in TMR, TfNSW, or Austroads projects. Cadet Drafters – Entry-level drafting roles, great opportunity to grow in a supportive team. Civil Lead (Transport Planning) – 20 years' experience in major planning projects, including business cases and motorway planning. Report Writer / Documentation Specialist – 2–10 years in transport planning or traffic engineering with strong writing skills. Junior Traffic Engineer – 1–5 years' experience, ideally with SIDRA modelling and traffic impact assessments. Senior Bridge Engineer – 10 years' experience in bridge design and engineering.
