Your Role: Provide escalated Level 3 support , troubleshooting server, network, and infrastructure issues. Work on server-related incidents and hybrid sync challenges. Assist with network and firewall troubleshooting (Fortinet, Unifi, Cisco, Palo Alto preferred). Deploy and manage SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, and Arctic Wolf security solutions . Participate in mini-projects such as Wi-Fi refresh, security audits, and system upgrades . Collaborate with service desk teams to improve technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills . Diagnose and resolve storage and backup issues (Veeam, S3, Azure, AWS). Technology Stack You’ll Work With: Operating Systems: Windows Server (2012-2021), Microsoft 365, Azure. Cloud & Virtualization: Azure, AWS, VMware. Networking & Security: Fortigate, Unifi, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Arctic Wolf, Microsoft Defender. Storage & Backup: Veeam, S3 (Wasabi, AWS, Azure), on-prem SAN/NAS. Requirements Who You Are: A Troubleshooting Expert – You thrive on complex technical challenges and enjoy root cause analysis. MSP Experienced – You’ve worked in a fast-paced MSP environment handling diverse infrastructure. Security & Networking Savvy – You understand firewall configurations, endpoint security, and cloud security. Proactive & Self-Driven – You take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
