Come join us We are seeking a System Engineer with a background in Windows Server Administration. What You'll Do - You will bring Windows Server Administration experience to the technical delivery of enterprise-scale solutions into secure cloud environments. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high-touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience. Skills and Experiences Technical skills: - Your experience lies in Managed Services focusing on Azure platform and infrastructure cloud support. - You are experienced across a variety of technologies that may include Azure architecture and implementation, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, Network, Storage, Security, and more. - Experience working with configuration management and infrastructure orchestration tools, primarily Terraform. Technical Characteristics desired for this role - Design, implement, and support core Windows server infrastructure in the corporate environment (Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services, AD FS). - Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2008/2012/2016. - Troubleshoot legacy Linux, Windows, and ESX server and OS issues. - Execute a planned program of virus updates, patch and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation. - Support the Windows Server and Virtualization Infrastructure, audit and compliance, and server hardware. - Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, management, stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and interface groups using a variety of techniques, from initiation to close About You - You will be an Australian Citizen (preferably with existing security clearance). - You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organization. - You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients.
