Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3 years of experience in electrical engineering for renewable energy systems. Strong knowledge of O&M practices for renewable energy technologies. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
