Project Engineer — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

Unite Construction are partnering with a fresh and dynamic commercial construction company who specialise in a mix of new build, fit-out and refurbishments across a wide variety of sectors. We are assisting their division which specialise in an array of institutional projects including defence and government. The position will be joining a fully resourced site team and will be very much a hybrid role assisting the Senior Project Manager across: Programming Design management and coordination Project quality and compliance Development and maintenance of ITP's and RFI's Budget management and reporting Key Skills/Qualifications Required: Bachelor degree in Construction Management or relevant field Previous experience working for a head contractor in a Project / Site Engineer or Contract Administrator capacity Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and Australian building codes Well-rounded experience of project management principals, design, project scheduling and contract administration Previous project experience in the government or defence sector highly advantageous Salary: $140,000 - $160,000K Further benefits: Fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work towards becoming a project manager with a fantastic company who look to promote from within and give their employees opportunities to progress.
