About the Role: As an Electronics Hardware Engineer , you will play a key role in designing and developing innovative electronic products from concept to production. This hands-on role will see you working on high-impact aviation solutions, collaborating with procurement and manufacturing teams, and ensuring seamless product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electronic products from concept to production. Generate schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer . Develop and execute test verification plans and perform hands-on testing. Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to optimize production efficiency. Apply creative problem-solving to tackle unique engineering challenges. Take full ownership of design outcomes, ensuring quality and reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for product development. What We’re Looking For: Experience in embedded systems design with microcontrollers or CPUs. 2- 3 years experience in new PCB design and transmission line theory . Expertise in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC and DC/DC converters). Strong proficiency with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and test equipment for debugging. Solid understanding of medium-speed signal integrity concepts (50-500 MHz). Experience in high-reliability, safety-critical systems is highly desirable. Understanding of EMC Certification is a bonus.
