You’ll provide end-user support for Mac & Windows systems, manage critical infrastructure, and play a key role in network administration and security. Salary - up to $130k plus super Permanent position Key Responsibilities: Network & infrastructure management – VLANs, HP switches, routing, firewall rules, and wireless APs Server administration – Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS & Group Policy Office 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, email security (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) & endpoint protection VMware, NetApp & backup/disaster recovery Act as a Level 3 escalation point, troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Level 3 Infrastructure Engineer Strong networking & security expertise, including firewalls, wireless management and Layer 3 networking Server management Hands-on experience with Microsoft & cloud technologies A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first approach Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively in a dynamic environment Located in a vibrant area just east of Sydney’s CBD.
